Description
- Develop and maintain solutions using Ellucian's Banner and Oracle technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of existing systems through regular updates and maintenance.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Document system changes and processes clearly for future reference.
- Work closely with the technology team to ensure smooth system integration.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to Ellucian's Banner and Oracle systems.
