We are seeking an experienced Laptop Deployment Engineer to support a large-scale end-user device refresh project. The role involves deploying laptops directly to users in a face-to-face environment, completing device setup and imaging through Microsoft Intune, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

Description
Deploy and hand over laptops to end users in person
Image and configure devices using Microsoft Intune
Support end-user onboarding and device setup activities
Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues
Migrate user data and settings where required
Ensure devices comply with security and company standards
Provide excellent customer service during deployment activities
Maintain accurate deployment records and asset tracking
Profile
A successful IT Support professional should have:
Proven experience in laptop deployment projects
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune
Experience with device imaging and provisioning
Windows 10/11 deployment and support experience
Excellent face-to-face customer support skills
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Experience working in large-scale refresh or rollout programmes
Job Offer
Daily rate of £200 - £250, dependent on the level of experience.
