Bid Manager | Senior Manager in Glasgow

Job Description Lead and deliver strategic bids and tenders for one of Scotland's most respected professional services firms, working closely with senior leaders to secure major business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bids professional to influence growth, shape winning strategies, and make a visible impact in a collaborative, award-winning organisation. Develop bid strategies that align with client requirements, scoring criteria and commercial objectives. Produce high-quality, persuasive and client-focused written responses that clearly articulate value and differentiation. Facilitate bid planning sessions, review meetings and stakeholder engagement throughout the process. Analyse bidding performance, feedback and market trends to improve win rates and effectiveness. Profile A successful Senior Bid Manager should have: A proven track record of winning complex public and private sector opportunities. Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling abilities. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Commercial awareness and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders. Experience within legal services would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
