Description Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Support the implementation of new systems and machinery in the facility. Provide technical guidance to colleagues and assist in training as required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes. Profile A successful Maintenance Engineer should have: Practical experience in engineering and manufacturing environments, preferably with CNC experience. Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field. Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
