Electrical Shift Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer to ensure the smooth running of all electrical aspects of a manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement projects.

Description

• Ensuring the smooth running of all electrical aspects of the plant
• Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects
• Complying with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals
• Participating in shift work including nights and weekends
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly
• Keeping detailed records of work performed

Profile

• A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering
• Experience working in an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• An excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
• The ability to work well in a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The willingness to participate in shift work

Job Offer

• A competitive salary £54600 including shift allowance
• Shifts are 4 x on, 4 x off (6am-6pm Days and 6pm-6am Nights)
