Description- Build strong relationships with member firms through regular engagement, meetings, and support
- Manage client enquiries and referral workflows, ensuring efficient coordination and high service standards
- Onboard new members to the network and guide them through the full engagement process
- Report on network performance, trends, and activity using management information systems
- Organise and facilitate a calendar of in-person and virtual events across Scotland
- Act as an ambassador for the network at external engagements and legal sector functions
- Contribute to the promotion and visibility of the network across the Scottish legal landscape
- A qualified solicitor (ideally NQ to 5 years' PQE) with experience in private practice
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
