- Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure machinery and equipment are fully operational.
- Implement and monitor safety and compliance standards across all engineering activities.

- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.

A successful Engineering Manager should have
- Ideally degree educated within an Engineering discipline
- Proven experience working at Senior Leadership level within Engineering in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record managing large teams (cica 30 heads)
- Passion for CI and driving improvement projects
- Solid understanding of engineering processes and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
