A business services organisation based in Scotland with regional responsibility. They are currently hiring for a permanent member of staff but require a solid interim to help bridge the gap
Description
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial documentation.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Prepare and present financial insights to senior management.
- Assist in the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within large complex organisations
- Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
Job Offer
- Daily rate of £405 to £495, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract offering flexibility and variety.
- Hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home each week
