This role will be responsible for designing, informing and maintaining the organisation's capital investment programme, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, sustainable, and fit for purpose.
Client Details Our client is a leading social housing provider based in the Midlands with over 2500 properties in its portfolio.
Description Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimise property performance.
Lead the development, modelling and optimisation of the organisations 1-year, 5-year, 10-year and 30-year capital investment programmes, ensuring alignment with asset performance, compliance priorities, business objectives and financial planning.
Use asset and compliance data, stock condition information, and other data insights to inform investment priorities.
Lead asset option appraisals and net present value assessments to support strategic decision making.
Assess asset performance and investment priorities to ensure organisational resources are directed to properties that deliver the greatest value to residents and the organisation.
Lead the scoping, business case development, procurement and delivery oversight of ad hoc capital investment projects Line‐manage specialist staff where applicable.
Profile A successful Interim Asset Manager should have: Experience in property or asset management within the not-for-profit sector.
Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to strategic asset management, investment planning or property services.
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
An analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and strategic planning.
