Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and align with company values.

Qualifications

  • Recent, consistent (last 5 years) experience in recruiting for technology roles within Financial Services, preference is for Investment or Corporate Banking in London and a strong understanding of recruiting within a highly regulated Financial Services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
