Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:

- Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor multiple funding streams, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with funder guidelines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with researchers, project leads, and external funders to provide financial insight and support decision‑making.
- Advanced technical accounting skills (e.g., accruals, prepayments, project accounting), with the ability to produce clear, accurate financial reports and translate complex financial data into meaningful insights.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
