The Sales Development Rep will focus on driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role in the Technology Telecoms industry requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established organisation in the Technology Telecoms sector. The company is a medium-sized enterprise known for its innovative solutions and commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the B2B market using existing database of customers, external sources and wider sales team.
  • Drive lead generation and telemarketing campaigns to support the business needs.
  • Build customer profiles and record key information on CRM system through market research, customer engagement, sales and distribution partners.
  • Work closely with the B2B sales team to uncover new opportunities and support them with a variety of customer activities.
  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities with regular reporting on customer progress and plans.
  • Drive Partner Programme activity, Event follow-up work, and secure customer meetings via video call or face to face for the senior sales team.
  • Competitive market analysis and information gathering exercises.

A successful Sales Development Rep should have:

  • Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role within a relevant industry.
  • A strong understanding of the Technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
