This role offers a broad scope across the full employee life cycle, including employee relations, policy interpretation, absence management, and involvement in HR projects such as implementing a new HRIS. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, reporting into the People Director and partnering with HRBPs, gaining strong exposure across the business.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Managing employee relations cases with sensitivity and discretion
- Interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures
- Overseeing absence management and contributing to process improvements
- Supporting HR projects, including the roll out of a new HRIS platform
- Building strong relationships across the business and supporting HRBPs
