Join to apply for the People Advisor role at Michael Page. Our client is seeking a confident and polished HR Advisor to join their London team. This role offers a broad scope across the full employee life cycle, including employee relations, policy interpretation, absence management, and involvement in HR projects such as implementing a new HRIS. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, reporting into the People Director and partnering with HRBPs, gaining strong exposure across the business.

Our client is a global strategic advisory firm that partners with leading organisations to navigate critical issues, enhance reputation, and engage effectively with stakeholders. With a presence in major financial and political hubs worldwide, they specialise in high-impact communications across areas such as corporate affairs, crisis management, M&A, ESG, and public policy.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Managing employee relations cases with sensitivity and discretion
  • Interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures
  • Overseeing absence management and contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting HR projects, including the roll out of a new HRIS platform
  • Building strong relationships across the business and supporting HRBPs

Profile

  • Early-career HR professional with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
  • Polished and articulate communicator, ideally with professional services experience
  • Strong listening skills and ability to translate insight into action
  • Commercially astute, flexible, and confident in navigating ambiguity
