You will be tasked with overall responsibility for the production team of senior accountants and bookkeepers: training and developing them from a technical view while managing and reviewing the workload.

Description:
- Review the work of the team: financial statements, taxation return, bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Training and development of less experienced team members
- Manage and plan the workload of the department
- Occasionally assist the client manager with client meetings and strategic planning/advisory services.
Profile:
- Hold a relevant accounting qualification
- 10+ years of experience working in practice
- Prior experience managing a team
- Experienced user of Xero and Quickbooks would be beneficial
