Description: Support dayâtoâday sales operations to ensure smooth order processing. Manage sales data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems. Produce regular sales reports and performance insights. Coordinate with supply chain, customer service and finance teams. Maintain pricing, contracts and promotional information. Identify process improvements within sales operations. Support sales forecasting and demand planning activities. Act as a key point of contact for internal sales queries.
