Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and reduce recurring issues
  • Work with production teams to prioritise work and maintain safe working practices
  • Contribute to TPM activities, root cause analysis, and equipment upgrades
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with site safety standards

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance technician within FMCG or high-volume manufacturing
  • Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Relevant engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
