Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the UK.
- Provide strategic financial insight to support commercial decisions, operational improvements and long‑term business planning.
- Partner with the UK leadership team to drive profitability, margin improvement and cost control.
- Deliver analysis and recommendations on capital investments, pricing and major customer agreements.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in line with GAAP and Group requirements.
- Prepare statutory accounts and coordinate audit activities with external auditors.
- Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, Corporation Tax and payroll taxes.
- Maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to Group policies and financial governance standards.
Operational Finance & Performance Management
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting systems and operational efficiency.
- Support manufacturing and supply chain teams with cost analysis, inventory control and production variance reporting.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to measure performance across financial and operational areas.
- Lead initiatives to enhance cash flow management and working capital performance.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the UK finance team to build capability and ensure strong succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
- Work cross‑functionally to strengthen financial understanding across non‑finance teams.
- Serve as the primary financial liaison between the UK and the Group finance team.
