The role of an Internal Sales Engineer offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to sales growth within the construction sector. This position requires a proactive individual with a focus on building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. Client Details This organisation is a well-established, medium-sized company operating within the construction sector. Description Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with Architects, Contractors and End users. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations tailored to client requirements. Collaborate closely with the external sales team to ensure seamless client experiences. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide prompt and professional responses to client queries and requests. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. Profile A successful Internal Sales Engineer should have: Previous experience in an internal sales role. Technical understanding/experience within in Construction would be highly advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. A results-driven mindset and the ability to meet sales targets. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
