The Head of Sales will lead the sales strategies within the industrial and manufacturing industry, focusing on driving business growth and increasing market share. This role requires a results–driven individual with a strong understanding of sales leadership and marketing strategies. Our client is well–established and recognised as a key player within capital equipment maintenance contracts, known for its expertise and commitment to delivering high–quality products and services.

This role is all about sales strategy and new business growth within current and new markets. Responsibilities include:

  • Growing the new business sales strategy to open new revenue streams.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading and managing the sales teams across key accounts and equipment sales to maximise performance and results.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform decision–making processes.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
