We are seeking a highly motivated Factory Manager to join a well-established business within the FMCG industry to lead their Preston based facility. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering operational excellence and a strong commitment to employee development and engagement.

With a rapidly expanding global footprint, the business operates multiple high‑performing production facilities across three continents, supplying their products internationally.

Reporting directly to the Group Operations Director, the Factory Manager will take full responsibility for site performance, strategic direction and leadership. This role will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, team engagement and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

  • Deliver consistent performance against site KPIs, customer requirements, and operational targets
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring teams are empowered and performance‑focused
  • Own and manage site budgets, identifying cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities
  • Implement, refine and embed robust operational processes
  • Lead and execute Capex projects and future site development
