  • Line management for team of EAs and Team Assistants, including 1-2-1s and appraisals.
  • Managing staff resourcing across the Assistant teams.
  • Supporting the Global Markets COO on governance, regulatory matters, risk and controls, third-party risk (including suppliers and SLAs), and operational resilience, including crisis management and business continuity.
  • Supporting cost-saving objectives and improving efficiency of processes.
  • Developing and implementing effective business strategies in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the secretarial and business support department.
  • Monitoring and managing budgets to optimise resource allocation and cost control.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Analysing business performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Supporting the professional development of team members within the department.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on departmental performance.

A successful Executive Assistant Manager should have:
