Description * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. * Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members. * Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations to a professional standard. * Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct them appropriately. * Maintain and organise office files, records, and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval. * Assist in coordinating meetings, including booking venues and preparing meeting materials. * Support the team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required. * Ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day office operations in Edinburgh.
