- Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Growth, SaaS, Technology, or Digital Media sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and retention targets.
- Skilled in upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning, with the ability to uncover growth opportunities within existing enterprise customers.
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, using a consultative approach to build long-term customer relationships.
- Commercially driven, proactive, and highly organised, with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experienced using CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce) to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and drive account growth.
