Develop and deliver a clear account strategy and 12-month growth plan aligned to shared business objectives.
- Implement targeted growth initiatives based on data and insight
- Work collaboratively with regional and branch leadership teams to translate strategy into measurable results.
- Monitor performance and adapt strategy to maximise results
- Facilitate regular business reviews, providing insight, recommendations and constructive challenge
- Produce clear performance reporting and forecasts to support decision making
- Maintain high levels of partner engagement and satisfaction
- minimum of three days per week spent in the field.
