Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in business development, new business generation or B2B sales within an engineering-related sector.
- Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing, engineered products, construction systems or architectural metalwork.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, sales activity, KPIs and forecasts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of market trends in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
