We are looking for a dedicated and creative Design Manager to join the talented womenswear design team at a highly successful and reputable supplier, headquartered in London. The ideal candidate will possess a knack for leadership, a keen eye for design, and a passion and talent for creating new and lasting customer relationships.

  • Leading the design team to develop and implement creative design solutions.
  • Managing design projects from concept through to completion with internal design teams and customers.
  • Meeting with customers to discuss design briefs and requirements.
  • Reporting progress, issues, and successes to senior management regularly.

A successful Design Manager should have:

  • Experience working within a medium-large scale fashion supplier.
  • Proven experience in managing a design team.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality multi-product design work.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding and experience of the womenswear fashion market.

  • Ideally some license experience.
