This role combines strategic territory development with hands-on clinical engagement:
- Drive new business acquisition within NHS hospitals and acute care environments (approx. 75% of time).
- Manage and grow existing accounts in community care, ensuring long-term adoption of continence solutions.
- Build strong relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, including clinicians, procurement teams, and infection prevention specialists.
- Develop and execute territory plans informed by market data and local priorities.
- Provide clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals across care settings.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.
- Represent the business at clinical meetings, product demonstrations, and regional events.
- Operate independently while contributing to a highly collaborative national team.
