Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser on a fixed-term contract for maternity cover. This role is essential in managing the retail department of a reputable non-profit organisation based in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail stock, ensuring optimum levels are maintained at all times.
  • Responsible for the online shop and managing the provision of offline merchandise for the Charity's fundraising teams.
  • Buying and merchandising - assessing product selection and sourcing, and ensuring accurate display and promotions.
  • Budget management and working with the broader communications and marketing team on product marketing and updating the website accordingly.
  • Analyse sales data, making necessary adjustments to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure all retail activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Take part in meetings and contribute to organisational planning and strategy.

Job Offer:
