We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to oversee and maintain equipment and facilities in a manufacturing environment. This role is based in the Wrexham area, working days Monday-Friday, and requires expertise in facilities maintenance within the manufacturing and production sector.

The Facilities Maintenance Engineer will:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the building services and fabric.
- Implement and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Manage and liaise with external contractors and service providers as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facilities management team.
A successful Facilities Maintenance Engineer should have:
- A strong background in facilities maintenance (ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector).
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with maintaining and repairing building facilities.
