As Repairs Manager you will be responsible for all day to day responsive repairs, servicing 6,000 properties within a 15 mile radius of hub based in Yorkshire Client Details Our client is a leading provider of planned, responsive and customer-focused property maintenance services within the UK Social Housing sector, and are very passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to their clients. Description Overseeing responsive repairs and void projects for Social Housing properties Managing a team of multi skilled operatives including Joiners, Roofers, Plumbers etc. Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality repair services. Oversee project management, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Implement and monitor health and safety protocols. Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback. Manage resources effectively to optimise efficiency.
