Working within the planned works team, you will play an integral part in delivering PPM to social housing stock across the Buxton and wider area.

Client Details: Our client is a local authority trading company (LATCO) owned by a County Council in England. They provide a wide range of services, including property services, facilities management, and care homes.

Description:

  • Oversee daily operations to support the successful delivery of PPM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
  • Identify and address risks or issues to minimise disruptions.
  • Coordinate resources and materials to meet project requirements efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication across departments to enhance collaboration and project performance.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth operations and streamlined customer experiences.

Profile:

  • Experience of PPM and Planned works within social housing.
  • Qualification within construction, ideally surveying related.

Job Offer: Hourly rate of up to circa £35ph UMBR, DOE. Possible extension and long term employment. Immediate start.
