This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of diverse residential and commercial developments while ensuring strict Health Safety and regulatory compliance across a multi-site portfolio. You will act as the primary technical authority, managing everything from contractor relationships and tendering to daily site inspections and strategic reporting to the Director.

Act as the primary point of contact across all live construction projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion.

  • Work closely with contractors to ensure adherence to building regulations, health safety standards, and agreed timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits across multiple locations, monitoring progress and reporting updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Organise and lead site meetings and progress reviews with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Assist in sourcing materials, obtaining costings, and liaising with suppliers to support efficient procurement processes.
