Multi Trade Plasterer – Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance East Midlands – Leicestershire Client Details Our client is a Midlands based Housing Association with a large concentration of housing stock in Leicester and surrounding areas. Description You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied properties You will be required to carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, primarily plastering repairs however you will also be required to undertake basic repairs in carpentry, plumbing, decorating and other general building works Profile Ideally you will have a recognised qualification in Plastering (NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds) Previous experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance is essential Other qualifications such as; Asbestos awareness, Working at Heights and Manual Handling are desirable Full UK Driving License Van & Fuel Card provided Job Offer Long term temporary contract Potential for permanent employment following a successful temporary contract …
