Multi Trade Operative - Carpenters, Plumbers, Plasterers

Social Housing repairs and maintenance, occupied properties, voids, day to day maintenance.

Client Details: A national contractor that provides repairs and maintenance for social housing across the UK.

Description: You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in social housing. Work could be in both void or occupied properties; ranging from basic repairs to kitchen and bathroom fitting. Work will be carried out across stock in the West Midlands.

Profile:

  • Previous experience working on social housing repairs and maintenance
  • Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum)

Job Offer: Salary up to £32,000 per year + excellent on call/overtime rates and completion bonuses (OTE circa £45k pa). Company van and fuel card.
