- Manage the lettings process to maximise efficiency and minimise void periods.

- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Lead and support the lettings team to achieve performance targets.
/n
- Oversee tenancy allocations and manage relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
/n
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
/n
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for the lettings function.
/n
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property management.
/n
- Address and resolve any issues related to lettings and tenancy management.

Job Offer
