We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a wide range of technical tasks from basic plumbing and electrical to more complex mechanical and building systems.

Description:
- Performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.).
- Conducting inspections of the facility to ensure all health and safety protocols are met.
- Monitoring and replacing light fixtures and bulbs as necessary.
- Maintaining inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Responding quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
- Performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, cleaning, and repairs.
- Keeping records of inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and fire regulations.
Profile: A successful Maintenance Technician should have:
- A formal qualification in a relevant field such as Building Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry or a related field.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools and common appliances.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
