We are seeking an experienced Interim Fire Safety Project Manager to oversee and manage fire safety compliance and improvement projects within the not-for-profit sector. This temporary role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in property and fire safety management.

As the Interim Fire Safety Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage fire safety improvement projects across multiple properties in compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct fire risk assessments and implement necessary actions to address findings.
  • Ensure all fire safety systems and equipment are maintained and compliant with current standards.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on fire safety matters to the organisation.
  • Monitor and review fire safety policies and procedures to ensure continued compliance.
  • Support the team in promoting a culture of safety and compliance across the organisation.
  • Work with cladding remediation programmes.
  • Support the Director and Fire / Health & Safety teams.

A successful Interim Fire Safety Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in fire safety management, preferably within the property or not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing fire safety projects and liaising with external contractors.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise reports and documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Relevant fire safety qualifications or certifications.
  • Needs to be in North London every week.
