They are seeking an Operations & Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring their buildings remain safe, compliant, welcoming, and at the heart of the communities they serve.
Description:
- Manage the operational performance of a portfolio of healthcare and community facilities.
- Conduct building inspections, health and safety reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
- Monitor hard and soft FM service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead tenant engagement activities and act as the first point of contact for building users.
- Organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings, inductions, and communication programmes.
- Support fire safety, water hygiene, PAT testing, and wider compliance obligations.
- Coordinate minor works, contractor activities, and operational project support.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and manage feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
- Support sustainability programmes and environmental initiatives.
Profile:
- The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within Facilities Management, Estates Management, Property Management, Building Management, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety and property compliance requirements.
- Experience managing relationships with tenants, customers, contractors, or service providers.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence presenting information and leading meetings with stakeholders.
- Strong IT and administrative skills, including Microsoft Office and digital Project coordination or lifecycle experience.
- Understanding of social value, community engagement, or ESG initiatives.
