I am hiring for an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to lead and manage the PAS2035 compliance process across large-scale residential retrofit programmes. You will act as the technical lead for retrofit coordination, energy modelling, TrustMark compliance, survey management and customer journey excellence, ensuring successful delivery from assessment through to completion.

Description
- Take full ownership of the PAS2035 retrofit process from assessment through to monitoring and handover.
- Manage retrofit assessments and surveying activities across multiple housing refurbishment programmes.
- Ensure full TrustMark compliance and PAS2035 governance throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate retrofit assessments, technical surveys and installation programmes.
- Lead the lodgement process to facilitate timely funding claims and programme delivery.
- Produce accurate RdSAP and SAP-based energy modelling assessments.
- Provide technical guidance on suitable retrofit solutions aligned to funding criteria.
- Support projects delivered under: SHDF ECO.
