We're looking for an HSE Advisor to help drive health, safety and environmental standards across a property portfolio. Based in London, this permanent opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact on workplace safety and compliance.

Client Details: The employer is a well-established organisation within the property sector, specialising in facilities, maintenance, construction fit-out. They are a medium-sized company with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients across London.

Description:

  • Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of health, safety and environmental management throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance monitoring activities.
  • Support accident, incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
  • Review and provide guidance on Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Ensure safe systems of work are implemented and adhered to across project sites.
  • Assist with contractor and subcontractor safety management and inspections.
  • Support ISO 45001 audits and ongoing compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with health and safety documentation for tenders, client submissions and construction phase plans.
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.
