My client is looking for a senior level interim consultant to support the Director to deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service. You will be accountable to ensure the housing stock is repaired and maintained to a good standard for its tenants and meets regulatory requirements and decent home standards. My client is one of the leading social housing providers in the Midlands providing over 30,000 properties to the region.

  • Lead and manage the property maintenance and repair operations effectively.
