This opportunity sits within a large, resident-focused housing organisation responsible for managing and maintaining a significant residential portfolio across London. The organisation is committed to ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest possible standards, with a strong focus on resident wellbeing, building safety, and service excellence.
As part of its dedicated Fire Safety and Building Compliance function, the organisation is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Surveyor on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to oversee fire risk assessment actions, inspect fire safety works, and ensure compliance across a varied housing portfolio. The role is key in protecting residents, maintaining statutory compliance, and supporting the delivery of high-quality fire safety remedial programmes.
