We're seeking a highly organised Estates Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects, acting as a key link between project teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role combines project coordination, financial oversight, and governance support across a varied portfolio of estates initiatives.

Description
- Lead coordination of major and minor capital projects from planning through to delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage project finances, budgets, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor progress, risks, and performance, producing reports for senior stakeholders and committees
- Support governance processes, including preparing papers, attending meetings, and tracking actions
- Contribute to procurement processes and supplier management for smaller projects
- Provide analytical insight to improve systems, maintenance processes, and project outcomes
Profile

- Degree-level education (or equivalent) with proven project coordination/management experience
