Description:
- Lead a high-performing operational team and ensure the successful delivery of maintenance programmes across your division.
- Full P&L responsibility across a portfolio of maintenance contracts.
- Leading large, multi-disciplinary teams (operations, commercial, and delivery).
- Overseeing delivery of Responsive repairs, Voids, Planned maintenance programmes (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, decarbonisation), Compliance (gas, electrical, fire safety).
- Driving performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
- Developing strong client relationships with Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
- Identifying and implementing service improvements and efficiencies.
- Ensuring best-in-class health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting bid activity, mobilisation, and strategic growth.
