Development Project Manager

My client are seeking a Housing Development Project Manager to join their team in Manchester to focus on the construction of new build housing developments. You will focus on the delivery of new social housing projects to agreed time, cost and quality parameters and assist with the identification, negotiation and acquisition of new business opportunities. Description Project manager to over see the delivery of new build social housing projects across Manchester Managing and assisting cost consultants in the preparation of: cost estimates, schedules of work, tender and contract documentation. Project managing the plot sales and marketing process, liaising with key stakeholders including sales agents, marketing agencies and plot sales solicitors; ensuring sales revenues and sales rates are maximised. Negotiating construction contracts and assisting in the acquisition of land /buildings to deliver best value for money for the organisation.
