Job Description
As Contract Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of Responsive Repairs & Voids for the housing stock of a local provider in and around the Nottingham area. You'll be managing an operational delivery team, with a mix of direct labour and sub contractors.

Description
- Lead and manage the day to day operations of the responsive repairs and voids service
- Ensure works are completed in line with client expectations, h&s regulations & performance standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with the client to ensure efficient delivery of the works
- Manage, motivate & support operational staff – supervisors, trade ops, subcontractors etc.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes, productivity and customer service
Profile
- Proven experience managing a responsive repairs contract or leading internal DLO
- Social Housing experience – contractor or client side
- Good understanding of h&s regulations and compliance within Social Housing
- Strong leadership and people management skills
