Description
- Oversee landlord H S compliance (gas, electric)
- Manage compliance programmes and inspections
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support policy and compliance improvements
- Monitor contractor delivery and performance
- Provide reporting and assurance to management
Profile
- Experience in compliance or asset surveying (housing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of H S legislation
- Understanding of M E compliance (not necessarily deeply technical)
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations
