Description

  • Oversee landlord H S compliance (gas, electric)
  • Manage compliance programmes and inspections
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Support policy and compliance improvements
  • Monitor contractor delivery and performance
  • Provide reporting and assurance to management

Profile

  • Experience in compliance or asset surveying (housing preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of H S legislation
  • Understanding of M E compliance (not necessarily deeply technical)
  • Strong organisation and project coordination skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulations
