The Building Safety Surveyor will be accountable and will manage a range of local and regional projects, focused on fire and building safety across the North West. Client Details Our client is the largest provider of specialist housing and care for older people in England. Description The Building Safety Surveyor will be accountable and will manage a range of local and regonal projects to ensure that the client meets all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements for the delivery of fire risk remediation works and associated building safety works. The Building Safety Surveyor will manage the delivery of fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys and work with colleagues in IT and the Health and Safety to ensure understadnings of the risks around fire. The Building Safety Surveyor will work closely in colleagues in the Health and Safety Team who will be undertaking Fire Risk Assessments to the portfolio. The Building Safety Surveyor will have training and sector recognised training, experience and competencies to undertake compartmentation surveys and fire door surveys to all homes.
