Are you an experienced Block Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in a fast-growing property management company? We are a young, dynamic firm based in London, and we are seeking a passionate, dedicated individual to join our team and manage a varied portfolio of residential blocks.
About the Role
As a Block Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing your own portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and run efficiently. You will be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and clients, delivering outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills at every step.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role within property management.
- Impeccable written and spoken English - communication is key!

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client queries and day-to-day issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

- Liaise with internal accounts to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist with Section 20 works and compliance matters.
- Attend residents' meetings and AGMs, ensuring all parties are heard.
- Maintain proficiency in Health & Safety standards.
