I am working in partnership with a well-established housing organisation operating at scale, committed to regulatory compliance and resident safety, with strong investment in asset management and compliance functions.

Description

  • Manage asbestos inspection and re-inspection programmes
  • Oversee contractors delivering asbestos surveys and remediation
  • Maintain and analyse asbestos data for compliance
  • Provide technical advice to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with statutory health safety requirements
  • Support wider compliance and asset management functions

Profile

  • P402 / P405 qualifications (highly desirable)
  • Experience managing asbestos programmes in housing or property
  • Strong data management and compliance knowledge
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
